Overview
The people who work in Dentista, Inc. are its lifeblood: its heart and soul. The quality of concerned care offered to patients is just as vital as that offered to valued employees.
Our goal is not to provide dental services with anyone who simply wants what we have. It is not dental services or products that bind a company together. It’s not the organizational structure and systems that makes a company effective. It’s not even the size or the number of facilities that make a company strong. People don’t buy what we sell; they buy what we stand for. Patients buy the culture, the strong sense of beliefs and core values that everyone, from the owners, to the operations manager down to the dental auxiliaries, all shares.

They say never do business with friends and family, as the old saying goes.
We always remind ourselves that there's always a spiritual solution to every problem. Although we use our intellect to solve problems, our heart always holds the answer... where love, harmony and peace are to be found... and where God resides.
We cannot even imagine where would be today were it not for that handful of friends who have given us a heart full of joy and a dash of crazy heartaches. Well, nobody’s perfect. We need both to shape us to be the person that we are now. And we hope you like what you see.

Our goal is to achieve a high-level patient satisfaction and loyalty to the practice by establishing productive and solid patient relations.
Our basic WHY we do dentistry is in the sincere interest in serving the person in our chair — serving them from their point of view. We will ignore our personal preferences and focus on serving our patients the way they would like to be served.

Our mission is to earn patient’s trust by helping people achieve the best possible dental fitness personally appropriate for them, thru high standard dentistry and patient-centered care.

What patients really need is a human being who is being human, a whole person who sees the patient as a whole person. Therefore, we will approach our patients, not as a dentist approaching disease, but as one human caring for another.

Integrity is doing the right thing for the right reason comes rain or shine and even when no one is watching. We will match our actions with our words and live our values and mission in all decisions and actions.
Quality Work
Quality means treating people as you wish to be treated! It is when the patient feels he got more than they paid for. And finally, quality work is when patients leave the practice healthier, happier and smiling more beautifully than they did when they walked in.
Professionalism
Professionalism defines who we are and how we’re our patients feel about us, our team members and our practice. While balancing harms and benefits, the dentist seeks to minimize harms and maximize benefits for the patient. We would not capitalize on the vulnerability of our patients to maximize our own interests.
